Home Repair Loans

Through our home repair program, NeighborWorks of Western Vermont offers loans to qualified homeowners who need to make health, safety, and efficiency home repairs.

The NeighborWorks of Western Vermont Home Repair Loan makes it possible for homeowners to make health and safety repairs and energy efficiency improvements in their homes.

Eligible projects range from roof repairs to electrical upgrades, to wheelchair ramps. Terms of our loan are based on income and ability to repay.

Rates for our home repair loan are based off Area median Income and are subject to change

-Up to 50% AMI is 1%

-51% to 80% AMI is 3%

-81% to 120% is 5%
