Executive Director of NeighborWorks of Western Vermont Named to Federal Reserve Bank of Boston Community Development Advisory Council (CDAC)

 CDAC works to support low to moderate-income people in the New England Region

Rutland, VT – Rutland Vermont not for profit executive director, Ludy Biddle joins Federal Reserve of Boston Community Development Advisory Council (CDAC) to advise on rural development concerns for the greater New England region. Ludy Biddle is the leads NeighborWorks of Western Vermont, a not for profit that works to help Vermonters achieve sustainable homeownership.

Participation in the CDAC will enable Ludy to bring awareness to challenges facing low to moderate income Vermonters including issues relating to aging in place, the value of community, the impact of neighborhood revitalization, and the opportunity for partnership between healthcare providers and community organizations in impacting sustaining change.
