Experienced Carpenter
NeighborWorks of Western Vermont (NWWVT) is a nonprofit one-stop-shop for sustainable homeownership. NWWVT works to educate Vermonters on their finances and the homebuying process and helps them find, buy, and fix their homes with our RealtyWorks, LoanWorks, Home Repair, HEAT Squad, and HomeOwnership services.
NWWVT is looking to expand its construction rehabilitation crew LaborWorks by adding an experienced carpenter.
Required Qualifications:
Applicant must have at least five years’ experience in the carpentry trade to include having the ability to work alone or with a helper on complex projects. Applicant must also be willing to learn all aspects of home remodeling, have a solid understanding of basic math skills, have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, present a positive attitude and work well with others.
Location:
The position will be based in Rutland County.
Compensation and Benefits:
This position is full time and includes full benefits.
