Help for Flood and Storm Damaged Homes

NeighborWorks of Western Vermont can help homeowners whose homes were damaged by Tropical Storm Irene.

Low interest loans and project management are available help homeowners pay for the repairs and help oversee the work.

A project manager visits homes to identify the scope of work with the homeowner. The project manager also develops cost estimates; and can help find reliable local contractors to make the repairs. The contractors are paid only after the homeowner and project manager sign off on the work.

NeighborWorks of Western Vermont is a licensed lender with 25 years of local lending experience. NWWVT can make loans to homeowners who may not typically qualify for loans at their bank. Income restrictions do apply. Call today to see if you qualify (802) 438-2303 x 210
